2003: Broadens the talent acquisition offering with the creation of a new business in Interim Management.
2005: Deepens global capabilities in career transition consulting through a global partnership with Lee Hecht Harrison.
2006: Enhances the executive search practice with the acquisition of Enns Partners, gains global reach executive search by becoming a member in the Amrop global executive search organization, broadens the assessment offering through a partnership with HR Chally and the introduction of the Predictor assessment tool.
2007: Broadens the talent acquisition offering with the creation of a new business in Recruitment Outsourcing.
2008: Increases market coverage in executive search with the acquisition of Belle Isle, Djandji, in Montreal, broadens the consulting platform to include workforce management consulting with the acquisition of the Axsium Group.
2009: Enhances the scope and depth of the leadership practice through the acquisition of MICA, one of Canada’s foremost leadership solutions consultancies with a specialized expertise in strategic alignment, executive assessment, leadership development, team effectiveness, and succession planning. Enters into a strategic alliance with Robertson Surrette, Atlantic Canada’s largest human resources consulting firm, thereby strengthening Knightsbridge’s executive search, assessment and career transition offering in Atlantic Canada.
2010: Wins the prestigious award as one of Canada’s Top 50 Best Managed Companies.
