A career executive search professional with 25 years of experience in the industry, Lisa’s primary areas of focus are retail/consumer, energy/utilities, technology and professional services. Prior to joining Amrop Knightsbridge in 2004, Lisa was a Partner and Director of Resourcing and Development at Highland Partners (previously TMP Worldwide) where she developed best practices for search execution and re-aligned, trained and lead a team of 60 researchers and associates across North America. In addition, Lisa was also a key participant in many of the Toronto office’s most strategic corporate/business development efforts and search mandates. Earlier in her career, Lisa progressed through the ranks to become Partner in charge of research at Illsley Bourbonnais, Ward Howell. Lisa has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. She is married with 3 children and resides in Toronto, Canada.
