The search for independent Directors differs significantly from Senior Executive Search.

Prospective candidates are identified based not only on their skills and suitability, but also on the requirements and objectives of the client organization. Each candidate must clearly demonstrate an ability to create distinctive value through his/her ability to handle the scale, complexity and commercial risks that the company’s operations entail and make a true contribution to Board discussions.
